Here is some more of my card creations for a “Christmas Shopping Night” It should be a great night at Burniston village hall Thursday 5th Dec 6.30pm onwards £2.50 per person includes a glass of mulled cider & mince pie ! I just hope the weather improves.
There will be some lovely stalls (including me, bathbombs, my mum kimekomi and cards and friend Lisa, Jewellery) full of traditional Christmas crafts, cakes, raffles and a beautician will be doing mini treatments.
The top right hand picture was my first attempt at using the gelli plate for the background.
The zentangle Christmas tree stamps are from Home Farm crafts they leave the middle blank for you to fill in with your own tangles. It’s a lovely shaped tree. Because zentangle is new in the UK these cards really stand out.
The picture below is of a triple layer stamping technique if you would like to learn how to do this then visit Julie’s Craft Room for a simple tutorial for such an effective card.
